• We always offer an 'opt-out' option on our Marketing Messages and act on this promptly.
• We always keep an up to date  ‘do not contact’ list of anyone who opts out or unsubscribes from Marketing Messages.
• We always screen against our ‘do not contact’ list and we never send Marketing Messages to anyone who has asked us not to.
• We never disguise or conceal who we are when we send Marketing Messages.
• We never encourage people to forward our Marketing Messages to their friends or family.
• We never ask people to provide the contact details of their friends and family to use for Marketing Messages.
